This will help faculty retrieve the source to determine if the source meets the requirements of the submission. For this discussion, you will place the heading of Part 1 and Part 2 separately so your faculty member and colleagues can easily follow your content.

PART 1

You will research for at least two (2) reasons why strategic planning could be beneficial to any organization with supporting evidence.

PART 2

In addition, you will research and explain the importance of identifying a potential gap in an organization. This is needed to assess the present and future position of an organization and possible future objectives to include developing an action plan. You will explain your thoughts in first person of possible gaps that are present in the organization of your choice.

IMPORTANT: You will need at least one in-depth academic paragraph for the importance of strategic planning (Part 1) and at least one in-depth academic paragraph for identifying the potential gap (Part 2). Each paragraph must meet the required academic sentence format and amount of current scholarly articles as listed above.
