Your assignment will cover each of the following reports:

• Incident Report.
• Arrest Warrant.
• Presentence Report. (Client Information Packet)
• Application for Search Warrant.
• Order of Probation.

For each report, complete the following two parts, using 5 sentences for each part, for a total of 10 sentences per report. 

1. Explain which agency in the criminal justice system uses each of the five reports linked above.
   • For this part, write five sentences for each report explaining which agency, or agencies, uses that report./li>
   • Examples of criminal justice system agencies might include:
     • Law Enforcement: Sheriff’s department, city police department, FBI, DEA, Parole Officers, etc.
     • Courts: Probation Officers, Pre-trial Services, Specialty Courts, etc.
     • Corrections: Correctional Officers.
2. Explain why each of the five reports is used by the criminal justice agencies, using five sentences for each report.
3. Cite at least three credible sources, in proper SWS style, to support your research.
   • Provide a source list and use in-text citations.
   • You may use your textbook as one of your three sources.
