Here are some ideas to get you started. You can pick one of these, or post something else related:
- Think about feedback for organizational improvement you received from a patient or their family. How would you communicate this to management? Think of how you might convince them to change a policy or practice.
- What is one recommendation you would give to stakeholders to advocate for your patients or clients? How would you communicate this need to non-medical personnel?
- You most likely have policies you are asked to follow that you find time-consuming or in need of improvement. How would you communicate this to management diplomatically and effectively?
- Think about a work situation you were in in which communication was less than effective. If you could go back and handle things differently, what would you say or do to improve the outcome?
