Welcome to the fourth homework assignment!
In this assignment you get to practice implementing a neural network for handwritten digit recognition. This is expanded from the
previous assignment to include more digits.
In order to complete this assignment, please upload the attached files into Google Colab (autils.py, Homework_Assignment_4.ipynb,
public_tests.py, Lab_utils_softmax.py, lab_utils_common.py, deeplearning.mp/style) and upload the data files (X.npy and y.npy) into a
data folder inside the files section of Colab.
When you are done with the assignment, please attach and submit your completed notebook here as a ipynb file.
