Objective

This assessment provides students with an opportunity to critically analyse a real or simulated business/healthcare organisation’s current information system, identify opportunities for strategic improvement, and design a comprehensive Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP). Students will evaluate system alignment with organisational goals, assess risks, and propose realistic solutions.

Yoobee’s leadership has initiated a review to inform the development of a Strategic Information Systems Plan (SISP)that will:

• Introduce analytics dashboards for real-time insights and predictive interventions

You have been hired as an Information Systems Strategy Consultant to develop a report for Yoobee’s senior leadership.
