Assignment 2 is an individual report (3000 words, +/- 10%) addressing key strategic challenges, and business ethics and sustainability practices and/or organizational culture issues of a company of your choice (from a list of recommended companies posted on the module page).
This assignment addresses learning outcomes 1, 2, 5 and 6.

Suggested structure for the report
Introduction:
- the purpose and content of the report o introduction of the company
Outline and evaluation of issues:
- discussing the strategic challenges, business ethics and sustainability practices and/or organizational culture issues that your company face
- evaluating the impacts that these issues have on the company
Recommendations:
- recommendations on how to improve these practices and/or to mitigate the challenges
- recommendations on the appropriate leadership style and management practices and discuss how these will help the company overcome challenges
- justifying your recommendations with reference to relevant theories and approaches covered in classes o discussing the challenges your company might face in pursing these recommendations.
Conclusion:
- Choose a company of your choice and evaluate their strategic challenges, business ethics and sustainability practices and/or organizational culture issues
- Strategic challenges include shifts in the environments (changes in customer preferences, increasing competitive pressure, technological disruption, political instability, regulatory changes, supply chain issues, entering new market).
