She will require extensive education regarding her new colostomy.  She states abdominal pain of 6/10. MD orders include ambulation 3 times a day, VS Q4 Hr, advance diet as tolerated, Oxycodone w/ acetaminophen 5 mg/325 mg, 1tab PO q 3 hours PRN moderate pain 6-8/10. Maintain, Peripheral IV with NS at 100 ml/hr
