Follow the steps and methods described in the Module 3 lesson to document and submit the following:
Identify and describe the defining parameters of this industry. That is, (a) characterize the producers, buyers, and suppliers; and (b) what need to buyers have that the producers meet, and therefore, what are available substitutes. You can present your response #1 simply as bullet points to describe each element; that is, you do not need to write this out in paragraph style.
Complete – and insert within (not attached to) your Word document submission – a Five Forces worksheet showing your analysis of this industry. You do not need to write anything up about this analysis here; just insert your completed worksheet.

Based on your Five Forces analysis, identify the most important two or three Key Success Factors. Write one paragraph arguing your conclusion for each KSF identified.
Do a PEST analysis to identify the major drivers of change for producers in this industry. (a) Provide a LIST (not a paragraph…just a list) of all the change issues you identify that are occurring or are likely to occur in the next few years (as many as you can! – I’d expect at least a dozen); (b) Using appropriate criteria (see the lesson) prioritize your list to conclude which three (3) are the most important Drivers of Change (DoC) for the next 3-5 years.
